I'm a career coach and integrative thinker - which means I don't just look at your résumé. I look at the system of you, your skills, your values, your hesitations, and the inklings you've been quietly carrying around.
My coaching model is built on a simple belief: confidence is self-trust, and self-trust can be rebuilt when you understand exactly where and why it broke down.
I'm a Pigment Career Assessment Practitioner, EQ-i 2.0 and Birkman Method Certified and a Harmonizer by nature. Someone who has navigated her own significant career pivots. I access the wisdom of experience, client journeys and professional coach training and continuous learning to not just theoretically connect the dots with you, but connect them with all the tools and real-life journeys as our guides.
