Before we write a single word of your résumé, we listen. Using the Pigment assessment and deep-dive coaching, we map your natural strengths, energy sources, and why certain roles have left you flat. Your inklings have data in them. We read it. This is where your self-trust begins to rebuild — not from affirmations, but from genuine self-knowledge.

Most coaching skips this step and goes straight to the job board. We don't. The foundation you build here is what integrates everything else creating clarity for you and those who are looking to hire you.

Finding your voice in the market

We translate your self-knowledge into language the market understands. Your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and interview presence — rebuilt around who you actually are, not who you think they want to hire. You'll rehearse, practicing your story until it feels natural, is aligned and clear to you. Confidence in an interview comes from knowing exactly what you bring — and believing it.
